"milchrind' is the official German Holstein magazine published by the German Holstein Association DHV. It is the most important German magazine for Holstein breeders and specialized dairy farmers. All members of the German Holstein and Red Cattle herd books receive the magazine as part of the membership service.

'milchrind' provides comprehensive and well edited information in the fields of genetics and dairy cattle management. In addition, the magazine reports on current developments in the German and international Holstein industry. It is published four times a year.
